Meteor Shower and Interstellar Tunel
Author: Marcin Rosadziński
Photo taken under the darkest sky in Poland in Żerdenka in the Bieszczady Mountains. The whole is a huge panorama of the sky and foreground consisting of 55 panels. The photo shows a beautifully visible large fragment of our galaxy, the Milky Way, along with numerous hydrogen nebulae in red ( North America Nebula, Shell Nebula, Elephant's Trunk Nebula, Flying Bat Nebula, SH2-171, Heart and Soul Nebula, California Nebula and many others). The Andromeda galaxy and the Triangulum galaxy are also very well visible. The whole thing is accompanied by a beautiful meteor shower ( 111 pieces ) which is a guest on the Earth always in August. The whole thing is accompanied by a beautiful meteor shower and all this together with a beautiful green and red airglow which in this projection is an extension of the galaxy and creates something like a Interstellar Tunel for another dimension.
